Odile

Daughter of Rothbart

This evening, a ball is being held to choose Prince Siegfried's  bride. Even though princesses from many other countries were invited to this ball as prospective brides, he was waiting Odette  whom he had already decided to be his bride.

When the banquet was at its height, Odile, daughter of evil, arrived at his castle with thunder.

Odile, wearing the black dress, has a majestic personality, and her beauty makes  the other princesses dim.

Nobles are talking to each other about where Odile came from.

She has not only beauty but also a magical aura that enchants  people, so the prince looked as though he was fascinated.

The prince promised marriage without knowing that Odile was taking form of Odette.

Odile who had been promised  love by the prince showed  her real character.

The original doll was Simply Gene ( Raven)

Removed all original facial paint and I repainted. She has beautiful green eyes with smoky gray eye shadow and golden highlights. The lip color is like Bordeaux with pearl gloss.

The dress is my original design. The basic colors are black and gold.  The fabric that is used for the underskirt was decorated with line stitches and black sequins. This was expensive fabric!  I made a lily motif on the bodice, and attached golden embroidered appliqué' ( expensive!!) on both sides of skirt. The tiara is also the same color, but I used aurora finish jet crystals, so they sometimes sparkle blue , green and red.  I added them to the underskirt, too.  Her costume is very brilliant.

I used a total of more than hundred crystals. The golden pearls are glass pearls. Very rich dress.

I used the same color as her eyes for her jewels. These emerald colors give a spectacle among black and gold.

I had a hard time to name her. I just wanted to make black hair with green eyes in addition to black and golden dress. In fact she was supposed to be a queen, but she has kind of  a more innocent face than a queen, so I changed her to a princess from queen. The only princess in black I knew was Odile from Black Swan. I think this is correct. I named her after I completed  all my work, so the doll itself doesn't  have any elements of the Black Swan.
