Head... Obitsu 03 pale skin

Body... Obitsu clear normal bust

Eyes and eyebrows... Brilliant  blue

Eyelashes ... Dark blue

Lips... Dark purple with silver highlights

I applied fairy dust around eyes.

Hand painted tattoo on her leg.

Costume

She is wearing an icy silvery top and bikini pants that are tight-fitted. I embellished with white yarn for the looks of frost. The top layer of the skirt is sheer and  has a beautiful gradation of greens. I added  blue glitter to make the maximum of sparks. She wears a crystal clear tiara. It is Fantastic! Her boots also have rhinestones around the soles.
